The Pranic Wellbeing yoga program uses two simple practices: ujjayi pranayama and khechari mudra. You will learn to restore balance in your life by clearing the ida, pingala and sushumna nadis, awakening your chakras, practicing ujjayi pranayama using the mantra “soham”, and by having a psychic symbol.

Dr. Sahay has been teaching this program for eight years and has found it to be very effective in assisting people in connecting with their inner selves and with others. It empowers people who are seriously ill. It centers practitioners and restores balance and calmness to their daily lives
