I have recently joined yoga classes. Actually i was suffering from obesity. Therefore doctors advice me to have light food and exercise. I planned to join yoga classes. So right now i have 80kgs of weight with 156 cm of height. So i want to know how much earlier i can see the results while practicing yoga on daily basis. How often i can lose my weight?

Hi Mike
Yoga is a best physical activity you can do in your daily routine. The weight loss journey is slow and you will have to be patience for the results. By the regular practice it will only take four weeks to show the effective results.
