Should one drink water during Yoga Practice?
Some Yoga Masters say you should not drink water during class, as it  cools down the awakened Prana. Others say, you can drink water, if you are thirsty. Others say, you should drink water, to enhance the purification effect of the Yoga Asanas and Pranayama. What is your opinion/advice? How do you do it yourself?

  • I would recommend you: If you are thirsty, you can drink water during Yoga Class. In general, it is better not to drink during class. Listen to you body. this will be best.
