I am an expert in the following areas:
I'm pretty good at breath, deep chest singing, visualization and imagery. To call myself an expert in anything but being human would seem pretentious. I am an expert human, I've had sixty some years experience.
My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
In the early days I worked via Kriyananda and the Yogananda lineage. I have adapted Tibetan Buddhist techniques and have studied a work called "Thinking And Destiny" by H.W. Percival, a formidable bit of science fiction.

I'm a synthesizer. I am very irreverent, yet deeply reverent. I don't take much very seriously, but there lives in me a profound tenderness. I am an artist. I consider the creation of art as my service to the world. My passion for writing is engulfing me at the moment, and I need to share what I write.
