Disciplined diet1 Eat fresh fruits (Especially Banana)2 Include nuts and seeds in your diet.3 Take a lot of milk and milk products4 Avoid preservatives.5 Cut out white/ refined sugar. ( it can be substituted with natural sugar in the form of dry fruits like dates, raisin and apricots etc.)6 If tea is poison, sweeten it with honey or Jagger.
