Yoga is good for kids, This course has four parts- Surya Namaskara (Sun Solution-Dynamic Exercise),Simple stretching, contracting and relaxing Asanas, Basic Pranayama (breathing exercises-improves life force),Yoganidra (Art of relaxation technique) and Basic Meditation.This course helps the body to produce hormones like oxytocin (a hormone released by the pituitary gland); these hormones relax both the body and mind. This course improves Concentration, Eyesight, Height, and Stamina, stimulate and regulate the Endocrine gland and internal organs.
