CARELESSNESS IS DANGEROUS

Just as rile sedge, even if removed, again covers file water of a pond, so also ignorance enshrouds even a wise man if he is careless and stops his meditation.
Therefore, the aspirant should be ever careful. Carelessness is practical death itself. There is no greater danger for an aspirant than carelessness in his spiritual practices. The man who is careless falls front the ladder of virtue.
