Doctors are warning that all men should now be on the look out for symptoms of prostate cancer. The human prostate is about the size and shape of a walnut.
Last year men were diagnosed with prostate cancer are more in numbers than lung, colon, and brain cancers combined. These are grim statistics, but there’s reason to be optimistic.

Cut down on meat

Eat more fruit

These are all high in antioxidants, which protect our cells against the damaging effects of free radicals and can help prevent cancers.
Regularly eating broccoli may lower your risk of prostate cancer and heart disease. It’s likely that compounds found in broccoli, called isothiocyanates, can activate genes that disturb the chemical processes that may cause cancer and inflammation.
Relax and enjoy life
Reducing stress in the workplace and home will improve your survivor ship and lead to a longer, happier life.
Avoid smoking for many reasons. Drink alcohol in moderation, if at all.
