Homemade beauty tips for aging skin

Aging skin, fine lines and wrinkles give you nightmares. Now, you can stop worrying about your aging skin, as there are homemade beauty tips for aging skin. These tips can make you look, glowing and vibrant. Let us have a quick look.

Keeping Skin Hydrated:

As you began to age, your skin loses its firmness because of the hampered collagen production. You need to keep your skin moisturized as much as possible. Rough and dry skin is more vulnerable to aging. To keep your skin hydrated apart from drinking 2 liters of water, you need to keep your skin moisturized with olive/almond/coconut oil. Massage your face with any one of these oils before going to bed and every time after you wash your face.

Protect Your Hands:

Your hands age faster than your face and hence they need more care. Apart from moisturizing your hands with oil from time to time, you need to exfoliate and cleanse it, just like you do for your face. Make sure to remove detergents, dust and grime that your hands come across. You need to protect your hands. A regular manicuring twice a week is important. Dip your hands in the lukewarm salted water and mix a teaspoonful of olive oil and herbal shampoo (for making lather). Take your hands out, dry your hands with water and moisturize it.

Make a hand mask using bananas and milk’s cream, mix honey and avocados. Apply this over your hands, wash off when dried. This will nourish the skin of hands and keep it supple.

Protect Your Feet:

Your feet bear the burden of your body the day long and therefore they need to a special care. You need to do pedicure twice a week (procedure same as manicure) and keep them moisturized. While going out in the sun, protect your feet, either by wearing socks or applying sunscreen lotion.

Applying Lemon Juice:

Just before going to bed, treat your skin with Vitamin C. Vitamin C boosts the collagen production and prevents your skin from aging. Prepare a mixture of lemon juice and Vitamin E capsule. Apply this mixture all over your skin just before going to bed, to keep your skin looking young and glowing.

Drinking a teaspoonful of virgin coconut oil empty stomach in the morning can help you get a beautiful and young looking skin. This is one of the most wonderful homemade beauty tips. That apart, take adequate sleep and keep yourself stress free.
