Try to identity yourself with the eternal, ever¬pure, immortal Atman that resides in the chambers of your heart. Think and feel always: "I am the ever¬pure, eternal, all-pervading Atman." This thought will remove all your troubles and fanciful thoughts. The mind will try to delude you. It will lurk like a thief. Therefore, start this anti-current of thought now.
