Avoid unnecessary worry. Be not troubled. Be not anxious. Do not be idle. Do not waste
time. Do not worry yourself if there is delay in further progress. Wait coolly. You are bound to
succeed.
Develop courage by constantly feeling you are Atman. Deny and negate the body idea.
