This short 22 minute class contains a few rounds of sun salutations for a warm-up, and then all inversions, in which the head is lower than the heart. Postures included are headstand, shoulderstand, plow, bridge, fish, and standing forward bend. The class begins and ends with savasana, or relaxation. Demonstrated by Chris. Camera: Nanda.
