  • Yoga Therapy for an individual is based on the nature of his/her ailment (that is based on the severity). I'm a certified 200 hour RYT and yoga practitioner. I have taken group classes for corporates (general yoga) and have given therapy yoga sequences for few individuals with low back problems, acidity, lung congestion, neck problems.

Sequencing a set of asanas is important for any ailment. Observation and Fine tuning is also involved as time goes by for an individual.

  • Yoga techniques helps to preventing disease.

  • Om Namah Sivaya!

I think it is important if you are teaching yoga in a therapeutic context that you are in good communication with the other professionals that are also involved in the patients care, however this is not always easy or possible, and can be frustrating.
  • I do offer Yoga Therapy in two different physiotherapy practices with the best experiences and support of physio therapists.
