Teaching beginners yoga Qualified in body massage and also seated chair accupressure massage. Vegetarian cooking


My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s

Sivananda Yoga tradition Teachers Training with Swami Vishnu Devananda also studied with Narayani who inspired me with her dedication to asana practice Shanmukananda who taught the teachers training that I attended Yoga teachers workshops with Swami Sardananda


More about me:

Living near lovely London with my two furry feline friends, teaching Yoga . in Health clubs, Mental Health Centre and more recently special needs schools .


My Favorite Quote/What inspires me:

I liked alot of what Albert Einstein wrote down such as ... 'Education is the progressive realization our our ignorance' Another quote I found was written anonomously. 'What could be more important than your thoughts asked the Mind , nothing as long as you think with your heart replied the Soul '' I get inspired amazed and surprised how people can be so resilient and resourceful in the face of such difficulties.
