    I am a devotee of Sri. Aurobindo and I also adore and worship Sri. ramkrisna, maa Sarada and Swami vivekanand.
    Recently I lost my husbnad a partner since 42 years.All my faith seems to be shattered or dull some how. What to do? Can you suggest?

    I thought i will wite in details for you but you know how it is .all of us are in race with clocks.Here are few exercises i do to keep my back fit.
    1.Lie on the back.put palms under under the back and press with back.
    2.There are three MERUDANDASAN
    3.Bhujangasan .it also helps in gas problem
    4 lie on stomach.lift legs one by one one .hold them for sometime.
    5.lie on stomach.pedal slowly with you feet.
    6 swimming also helps a bit . I just float for sometime time so the backbone remains straight.
    it helps me a bit .just see is it it any help for u.

    Even I am suffering from lower back problem.I used to play squash and from there the problem started.After many doctors,physiotherepy sessions nothing happened.I had to quit squash.I started swimming.not as good assquash but ok for me.There are few exercises i perform whenever i feel pain.On sunday morning i do yoga for an hour.I don't know names of aasanas but I can't try to post photographs or write on my blog and will send you links.
