I am an expert in the following areas:

I am a well experienced isha hatha yoga Teacher. I also have expertise in traditional hatha yoga, kriya yoga, meditations, mantras and many more. I have completed my yoga certification from Isha foundation, India. In Adiyoga we offer hatha yoga in its purest form, and many more. Our programs and classes have been devised by a realised yogi Sadhguru who has a complete understanding of the human system and how yoga should be transmitted.

I jumped into yoga in 2011 not really knowing what to expect. It was in that year when I learned very powerful practice during Sadhguru's Inner Engineering Course. That was the beginning of my journey which led me through several years of living at Isha Yoga Centre in India, even more years of magical volunteering for Isha Foundation and endless hours of daily yoga practice. I have been fortunate to be around countless wonderful teachers, volunteers and one Mystic who can take you for a ride of a lifetime... are you willing to ride?

Becoming a yoga teacher with Isha foundation is not about getting a certification to teach or memorizing as much as possible. Here the science of yoga is imbibed, which is a competently different way of learning. Sadhguru's wish for all accomplished teachers is not to merely teach, but to become yogis. Once this inner transformation happens, teaching yoga becomes effortless and the impact of what all teachers have to offer can be of tremendous possibility.
