I work as a hypnotherapist and counsellor. I wish to learn more about yoga and meditation. I have attended yoga classes in the past but have not kept up the practice.

Because I feel there is a lot of wisdom in the ancient Indian and Chinese traditions. I want to become healthier in body, mind and spirit.
