I am totally new to yoga. I've taken a couple of classes in the past. but Id like to learn more and maybe strengthen my lower back. I have arthritis there. I am an artist and spiritual. I'm hoping this will also create more of a spiritual link for me.
Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I would liek to learn more about yoga for strengthening my lower back and to be enlightened spiritually.
