I have been teaching yoga in London for seven years, teaching over 10 classes a week and running workshops. I have living in Pune, India since February 2009 and have just completed my Masters in Consciousness and Transpersonal Psychology with the University of Liverpool. I am fascinated by the mind-body -spirit connection and the purpose of the self in the 'Self'. I try and live my life in love and gratitude and every day in every way I am getting better and better. I am inspired to teach and inspire.
