My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
I used to do Yoga all the time and then due to medical reasons had to stop...I am now ready to begin again and re-introducing my body to it. I used to go to gym to do yoga-but enjoy the convenience of doing at home.
Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
Joining to keep myself accountable as well as to meet others with similar interests and goals.
