I practise and teach Sivananda yoga at the Sivananda Yoga Centre Gurgaon.
More about me:
I live with my husband, two children and my mother in law, two dogs and some fish. I love reading, writing, being near the sea and spending relaxed time with family and friends.
My Favorite Quote/What inspires me:
Older people practising yoga as well as the kids in my class inspire me. Also, my teachers and gurus, uplifting poetry, books and songs. I love the satsangs at the centre or the ashram.
