... am a Yoga Beginner
I am an expert in the following areas:
drive and ambition .. I am very new to this, but can't wait to start and I know as long as I try my best I'll have no regrets.
My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
I am new, so I am not sure yet. I was reading about different styles and Hatha was said to be helpful for beginners. For now, I'm going to focus with the basics, but maybe go towards Hatha style yoga..

I am a Nursing student. Lately I have found myself really wanting to learn more about yoga and creating a more healthy lifestyle. My older sister has been doing Hot Yoga for a long time and the way she talks about it seems like yoga could be just what I'm looking for.
