My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
I'm not sure about my yoga practice, I'm honestly too new to really understand yoga that well.
More about me:
My first experience with yoga was in China where I attended an evening class. I started doing yoga once a week, but now I feel that I want to go much further with it. I'm very enthusiastic about learning yoga and try everyday to do some so as to make it part of my life. I see yoga as a way of life, and seek to continuously improve myself through learning and practicing yoga.
Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I seek to learn more about yoga and make it an integral part of my life. I'm also very interested in taking the teaching intensive course in English.
