My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
I do this at home, and i have just begun so my teachers will be via you tube at the moment. Although i would like to do it properly with time.

Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I am generally a happy person but recently i have been feeling more stressed than normal, i want to find a way to relax that works for me and also to start getting more in touch with my body. I want to begin my spiritual journey and this is only one of the many steps :)
