Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I have been treated for sciatic pain & nerve pain in my back & arms & hands for the past two years. I started my yoga journey only 4 weeks ago. I am amazed at the results so far!! By week two I was off the morphine which had been prescribed by my consultant. I want to continue my journey & learn all I can. Namaste
