My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
I have been practicing yoga for 9 years. I did my teacher training 200hr with Sun Power Yoga in London which is a fusion of Vinyasa flow, Hatha, Power and Iyengar yoga. I love the style of B.K.S Iyengar and trying at the moment to follow his 3 courses in his book "Light on Yoga." I also adore Jivamukti Yoga and I am attending a workshop of theirs in London in December. I have also done a months course with Agama Yoga in Thailand which introduced to me to many parts of a yogi lifestyle, the diet, cleansing, fasting, meditation and lots of yoga! Presently I teach yoga to children and was trained by Nell Lindsell the founder of YogaBugs. I love my job, it doesn't really feel like a job its just what I do and I could happily do it for the rest of my life!
More about me:
I recently became Regional Manager for YogaBugs North & West Central London, which is very exciting. I am trying to get yoga into more schools in my area, giving more children access to the wonderful benefits. One day I would like to take it abroad to children who are less advantaged.
