Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
The beginning level is good for me. I have an injury and I am able to modify easily and there is adequate time to do that. I like the chanting that accompanies the instruction. I like the intermediate asanas done with affirmations. The voice of the teacher is peaceful and calming for me and the instructions are clear. I like to watch the videos, I like to listen to the music and I like to connect with international friends who have the same interest in spiritual and motivational yoga.
