I am an expert in the following areas:
Apart from Yoga Teacher i do the Ayurvedic Massage, have interest in Ayurveda, Vaastu- Indian Architechture, Organic farming, teaching children , working and helping old age, mentally ill people.
My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
My Yoga tradition : The old Indian Tradition of Maharshi Patanjali. My Style : The traditional Indian Style. My Yoga Teachers Mr. Vermaji from Balaghat MP, Mr. KD Singh from Rewa, MP , Swami Shailendra Saraswati from New Delhi.

Learned Flying & got CPL ( Commercial Pilot Licence ). Graduated in Geology, Chemistry & Defence Sciece. After wandering, meditating and volunteering at different meditation centres in India for couple of years i did my MA in Sanskrit. Then i started practicing Vipassana Meditation & serving at its centers.
