More about me:
* I am suffering from neck pain and headache. * One year back I slept straight with Small pillow covering my neck only, and felt something sudden in my head, and the symptoms like ( something moving , pinching , pain in head & tightness in lower occipital area ) * I am dentist by profession.
Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I have seen one video for yoga beginners on you tube, it inspired me for my health recovery.
