have no teachers just online videos. I started with your beginning Yoga video.felt relax.

I'm a mother of three, 50 of age. Getting older can't do the exercises like i used to do joint are tighter than before.looking for something that will tone the body more flexibility without hurting myself. i hear a lot good things about Yoga for women of all ages.
