I have no experience what so ever....but I am ready to gain it.

I enjoy health and wellness, and I love to hula hoop. I am very new to yoga, and I look forward to this journey. :)
Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I think this community would be a great stepping-stone for me. I will learn and expand, and get over my nerves of going to a class. With practice comes confidence, and I believe this is an amazing place to start!
