... am a Yoga Beginner
I am an expert in the following areas:
I wouldn't consider myself an expert in any thing but I can hold my own on a guitar and play about 2 - 4 hrs at least a day! Also play many other instruments. So im in the process of mastering music.
My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
None yet, but Im looking
Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I am just starting Yoga and in need of some guidance. I tried a lesson for beginners on Youtube that led me to this site and it was awesome. So I hope to find the information and guidance to further relax with Yoga.
