I am an expert in the following areas:

Singing, cooking, film history

My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s

I began with the Sivananda Vedanta Yoga Center Companion to Yoga in the 1980's and after taking classes in NYC in 2000 and following the teachings of Swami Vishnu Divananda and Swami Sivananda through their writings i am well versed on many principles of their yogic practice, but I still consider myself a beginner more or less.

More about me:

I love the practice and principles of yoga. I try to practice them when i can. I am not vegetarian nor do I practice meditation or asanas on a daily basis. I do try to practice a positive attitude and being helpful to all beings on a daily basis.

There is more to life than increasing its speed. It is the quality of our work which will please God and not the quantity. A man is but the product of his thoughts. What he thinks, he becomes. One's own religion is after all a matter between oneself and one's Maker and no one else's. The good man is the friend of all living things. The greatness of a nation can be judged by the way its animals are treated. Faith... must be enforced by reason... when faith becomes blind it dies. Man becomes great exactly in the degree in which he works for the welfare of his fellow-men.

I have enjoyed yoga for many years and have lately been trying to delve deeper and connect more fully with the spiritual aspects of yoga and I desire to read and perhaps connect with like minded people.
