Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I am looking for guidance in my exploration of Yoga. I have never done before the beginners video, and cannot afford to go to some fancy gym and pay a lot of money to attempt complicated moves I know nothing about. I need to start at the beginning, gently.
