My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
I practice Yoga at home I just started actually, the influence came first from a friend that I used to see her for massage and cupping treatment as I have a tare cuff rotator in my shoulder... she mentioned that yoga could help...
Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I liked the videos on Youtube and I've been practicing Yoga through them exercises and i felt like join this community...
