Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I am waking up to the positive benefits of Yoga and other spiritual based rituals, exercises, ways of life. Understanding of the mind-body connection gives a new awareness and mindfulness for balance in this life. A balance of center emotionally, mentally, spiritually, physically creates positive change in yourself, making that change affect the whole Universe around you.
