Im a 63 year old NZer married to my Irishman for 45 years this year, . I practice yoga 6 days a week at home and attend occasional classes, my Husband also practices he is 70, one of our Daughters is a qualified Yoga teacher and Therapist. I love yoga it is a discipline of love. helps in all areas of life.
