Webteam Yoga Vidya
Brilliant! I thought I'd let you find out for yourself the site is started and run by lovely German Yogis and Yoginis.
I just got back from retreat which was wonderful, more beneficial and thought provoking than I anticipated. I really must start doing more retreats again, they are so beneficial and helpful in so many ways.
Hope you had a good weekend and have spring breaking though where you are.
Walking The Ridgeway is going to be with Martin, a friend I've known for many years and we often do walking and camping together. Frank's still in Brazil for another couple of weeks or so.
