I take whatever is good in yoga. I practice myself and want to share what ever i know among others .
More about me:
I started my yoga practice from my school days as it was mandatory . So it became a habit as it reflected my health and was more caring about my health and beauty(home products) Before 8 years i had severe alergy to what, i never know. I had non stop sneezing from morning till night. I was against medicine so tried to avoid, but at last i had to go to doctor then homopathy but in vain. then tried pranayam and asana's regularly and i could not believe i was relieved. My age is 40 but i always get a compliment that am not more than 30. I feel great and i want to share with all so that that would benefit in long run.
My Favorite Quote/What inspires me:
I look younger to my age and that's what inspires me, touch wood to my health. I thank my mom for this gift.
Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I want to show and part my knowledge to my friends so that they would atleast be richer in health aspect and know the importance of natural beauty.
