I INIATIATED WITH YOGA 10 YEARS AGO. I WAS PRICTICING FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS AND I STOPPED GOING TO CLASS. I RE INICIATED LAST YEAR BUT NOT CONTINUOSLY, CLASSES ARE QUITE EXPENSIVE FOR ME SO I DECIDED TO DO YOGA AT HOME BUT IT IS HARD TO REMEMEMBER ALL THE POSTURES SOMETIMES. I LOST MY HUSBAND 5 MONTHS AGO AND I HAVE BEEN TO SAD AND I WANT TO FIND MYSELF AGAIN, I NEED TO FEEL GOD DESPERATELY AND MY SADNESS IS STRONGER SO I KNOW YOGA IS THE ONLY THING COULD HELP ME. I FOUND A GOOD VIDEO OF YOGA - YOGA CLASS FOR CHAKRA AWAKER AND I LIKED IT VERY MUCH

I REALLY LIKE THE VIDEOS, I CAN PRACTICE AT HOME. I HAVE HAD A HARD TIME FINDING A YOGA CLASS THAT I LIKE. I AM NOT TOO GOOD WITH MY ENGLISH SO I HOPE YOU CAN UNDERSTAND ME.
