My experience in yoga is limited, though I have become familiar with a handful of poses and a general outlook on this aspect of life.
Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I want to bring myself forward in this life... I have always known of a more natural and holistic way of life, though I have let my body get away from my mind. I am here to improve my physical, spiritual, and mental health by way of steadying my breath, stretching my joints and muscles, and balancing my chakras. Thank you all, namaste <3
