I have over 20 years experience in teaching and education. In the last 12 years my interest in yoga has developed from being a practioner into completing a diploma in Yogic Studies and am now a trained teacher in Satyananda Yoga. I currently doing some bridging units to complete the advanced Teacher Training with Satyananda Yoga Academy.
