Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I spent 4 months in India but was not able to give a lot of time or attention to learning the yogic ways of life, and I would like to now learn about it and implement it into my daily life. I wanted to find a community where the way of life of yoga is practiced and not just the asanas for exercise as is done so often in the United States.
