I have wanted to learn Yoga for a long time. My employer has started a program so I am just starting out.
Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I would like to join so that I can learn more about yoga. I have been interested in yoga for years but "life" has made it difficult at times. I am ready to take time for me and yoga is one of those things for me. Thank you.
