I am in valasaravakkam but i come to know you are in mangadu no problem for my to come there.
More about me:
I am sairaman aged 52 years in construction industry .Due to heavy work stress i want to get relief from gastric problem and mobility disorder problems in intestine. hence i life take practice a few asanas .
Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I have gastric problems and my work is sedentary life style work and my gastric problem disturbes highly hence i want to practice few yogaasans for getting relief from gastric and mobility for my nature of work.
