Yoga teacher (BYV), founder of the integrated dance & yoga education AFROYOGA®, head of AFRIKUCO / INSTITUT Nuremberg. Initiator of the permaculture project KinderGarden, advanced training lecturer in the pedagogical / therapeutic area in Germany, France and West-Africa. With her concept of integrated dance & yoga education, she researches and teaches the connection between elementary dance styles, classical yoga according to Sivananda and a new experience of nature. Her creative and humorous teaching style is shaped by almost 50 years of experience in practice and teaching and her own cultural and movement studies.
