I am an expert in the following areas:
I have in my recent years been deeply interested in meditation and yoga. I have undertaken training in Yoga and facilitate classes in a small group.
My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
I received my training through Swami Ram Dev tradition and have completed all three levels of my training.

I am retired and love to spend time practicing and facilitating sessions in meditation and yoga session. I am keen to learn more about Yoga, the depths, the correlation between various Asans and how they impact the human body.
My Favorite Quote/What inspires me:
