I was born in Cuba, I am living in Germany since 2001. 2 years ago I came to Yoga Vidya Ashram in Bad Meinberg, here I work at the Ayurveda Oase. This is not here the nirvanic-peaceful place I thought I need, thanks God. (God??) I am grateful for each minute I can be without thinking. And I am very grateful for learning the place of thinking in life.

    Hola Nestor! No me habia fijado que eres caribeño como yo, hermano tu si que tienes preguntas, me encantan tus reflexiones, solo disfrutate, amate y ama a los demas, incluso a los que no creemos posible amar, riete de ti mismo, no cojas la vida tan en serio, porque se te va a olvidar vivirla. La vida te ha dado un regalo que a muchos otros no, pues da gracias por ello y vive un eterno presente, asi no viviras lamentando lo que ha pasado ya. Estas en tu camino, en tu experiencia personal, pide guia e iluminacion y asi se te dará, discernimiento para poder distinguir, sosiego para tu alma y aprenderas esas sabias palabras tan citadas, de encontrar la paz en medio de la tormenta. Todos somos uno, en la medida en que uno de nosotros encuentre la sanacion, todos los demas encontramos sanacion, si herimos a uno de nosotros, todos somos heridos.
