I practiced Yoga at home through knowledge learned from books and videos.

I practiced Yoga many, many years ago and now I wish to return to the wonderful, peaceful bliss of this beautiful art form.
My Favorite Quote/What inspires me:
I have many favorites, but right now I will quote Atticus: " We are made of all those who have built and broken us." My family and friends inspire me because they taught me how to love and love for our fellow man is what we need more of in this chaotic world of ours.
