... am a Yoga Beginner
I am an expert in the following areas:
I have worked in a nationalized bank as an officer for 30 years ,and am retired now,now spending my time cleaning,cooking,and maintaining my house..plus i go for regular walks in the morning,evening i walk my dog, i read mostly on philosophy,gardening and listen to music i cant consider myself as an expert in any yoga areas
My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
just joined a group of women in my neighborhood, who have learnt and practicing by sharing what they have learnt who follow Patanjali,s yogasastra
More about me:
I turned to yoga in the beginning for getting relief and cure for the pain and nerve pulling ... diagnosed as sciatica and also B.P and generally in search of peace of mind.
